Why isn’t anyone questioning the election results? Trump told us way before the election that it was rigged….perhaps because he, Putin and Elon Musk rigged it in order to win. Is our Intelligence looking into this? I sure hope so. DJT cheats and lies about everything and never would have admitted defeat had the outcome been in Kamala Harris’s favor. DJT won by way too much (especially winning the popular vote) for it to be believable or for it not to be questioned at the very least!
Democrats need to investigate the election results, track any foreign tampering and not back down until we get some answers. There’s way too much at stake to just let this go without throughly investigating.
Couldn’t Biden… or someone his Cabinet puts in his place, seize the opportunity to exercise the “Unitary Executive Powers“ our U.S. Supreme Court recently bestowed upon the Presidency; and push forward on the legal matters concerning Trump; instead of allowing them to be paused or discontinued?
Under these King-like powers, our current President could declare that Trump’s January 6th 2021 activities; and his the misuse and concealed wrongful possession of Top Secret Documents make it “Necessary and Proper” to ban him and his aiders and abettors from holding Public Office, and incarcerate them!
One of the purposes behind the right to a speedy trial is to ensure that someone who allegedly violated their Oath of Office could not delay their trial regarding their acts of insurrection so they’d have an opportunity to be pardoned or granted temporary immunity, should there be a radical change of government; (“a silent coup” as scripted in the Heritage Foundation’s “Project 2025”).
Moreover, the best way to get both Parties to recognize the dangers and inappropriateness of giving the Presidency “King-Like Powers,” is to immediately use them against the Party that hopes to use them, before they take power, so they can experience how “un-American” said powers are!
Who knows, maybe the King-Like Powers were purposefully bestowed upon the Presidency prematurely by the U.S.Supreme Court, so America would have an opportunity to save its Democracy, by throwing those in favor of following Trump and Project 2025 would be incarcerated and banned from holding office in the U.S.A. under the Insurrection Clause: Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
Wouldn’t that be a silver lining?Maybe our U.S. Supreme Court pretended to be corrupt, but actually gave our current President the tools temporarily needed to stop the “Silent Coup” and allow a recently schooled Congress to better legislate the Powers of the Presidency.
